Dean has always loved the feeling of working within a close-knit team. As a youngster, he enjoyed playing football for fun and represented his borough and school teams with pride. Though a knee injury held him back from pursuing this team sport more seriously, Dean is now heading up theMetrocapitalpro team as Chief People Officer.
As captain of theMetrocapitalpro team, Dean is in charge of supporting and coaching employees. While every day brings new challenges, the team’s progress and the growth of each individual invigorates and inspires him.
As a dedicated family man (he dotes on his daughters and prioritises spending time with his partner), gaming nerd, gym fanatic, and ‘spiritually woke’, he fits in perfectly within theMetrocapitalpro team. Its his fashion sense that makes him stand out. Having once ran his own clothing brand called Lost Boys Never Grow Up , he loves expressing himself through clothing and dreams of creating a fashion brand again.
Though Dean certainly has the looks and style, he also brings to the table his expertise in computer hardware picked up from working in a computer shop alongside his uncle after completing high school. Dean learned to build and repair office computers and developed a knack for building more complex gaming computers.
When Michael approached him for the position and explainedMetrocapitalpro mission and long-term vision, he couldn’t say no. And the rest, as they say, is history.
